After the very successful RPO coaching classes held after the PJF Championships in December, we have had many requests to offer another class. We are happy to announce that we host another round of RPO classes in late March.
To further promote and internationalize pickleball in Japan, PJF has established opportunities for obtaining international coaching certifications domestically. There are several coaching systems in the U.S., but RPO has built a globally recognized coaching system. The highest Level 3 certification allows coaches to train top professionals in the PPA, making it a prestigious and high-level program.
With other coaching certifications, once obtained, the knowledge remains static unless the next level is pursued, potentially leading to outdated strategies and rules. However, RPO ensures continuous learning through Regular Updates and Continued Education, starting from Level 1.
The coaching staff is world-class, including:
• Collin Johns – Older brother and long-time doubles partner of Ben Johns. He is currently ranked No.1 in PPA doubles.
• Josh Jenkins – A former PPA professional player, member of Team Joola, and RPO’s Chief Education Advisor.
Both oversee and actively participate in training. Additionally, Inaki Balzola, the International Director, ensures that RPO training is available at the same level worldwide as in the U.S.
